Terms & Conditions – Sooq Dadsters

By using or registering on Sooq Dadsters, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1) Definitions

  1. User/You: anyone browsing or posting a listing.
  2. Store: an account operated for commercial selling.
  3. Listing/Content: text/images/media published via the app.
  4. Services: browsing, posting, and in-app communication.

2) Eligibility & Account

  1. You must be 18+.
  2. Provide a valid phone number and verify via OTP:
  3. for stores when registering the store;
  4. for users when attempting to post a listing.
  5. We may refuse/suspend accounts that violate these Terms or provide misleading data.
  6. No email is required for sign-up or posting.

3) Service Use & Posting

  1. Sooq Dadsters is a listing platform; we do not broker sales.
  2. Any posting limits or paid plans (if applicable) are shown within the app and may change; you’ll see a clear notice if you try to exceed a limit.
  3. Draft/paused/archived items are not counted as active listings.
  4. We may run pre-publication checks (content/images/category) to ensure quality and compliance.

4) Transactions & Responsibilities

  1. Transactions are between buyer and seller directly and at their own risk.
  2. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing and the item/service.
  3. Misleading info, fake pricing, or unrelated photos are prohibited.

5) Prohibited Content

Illegal/infringing content, weapons/drugs/regulated meds without license, pornographic/offensive/racist/inciting content, fraud/spam/malicious links, or attempts to circumvent policies. We may remove/block content and suspend/close accounts when needed.

6) IP & License

  1. You retain rights to your content and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and operate it within the app and to promote the service.
  2. App brand, code, and design are owned by Sooq Dadsters. Reverse-engineering, copying UI, or brand misuse is prohibited.

7) Communication & Notices

We may contact you via SMS and/or push notifications for verification, administrative alerts, and support. You can manage preferences; essential account notices may still be required.

8) Privacy

Your use is subject to the latest Privacy Policy – Sooq Dadsters.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

We may integrate service providers (hosting, non-ad analytics, notifications…). We are not responsible for external sites/services you access via in-app links.

10) Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of user content. Commercial risks (payment/delivery/inspection) are on the parties.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or user-to-user dealings.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sooq Dadsters against claims/losses/costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or laws, or third-party rights violations due to your content/use.

13) Suspension & Deletion

We may restrict/suspend/terminate your account upon violations. You can delete your account: Account → Settings → Delete account.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after publication means acceptance. The “Last updated” date above applies.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Amman, the capital), and the West Amman Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
